Application and Designation
Application and Designation forms open for students in July. At this time you can begin to select which programs you wish to send your application to and the months you wish to clerk. Between July and September, students can make changes
to the months they would like to clerk. In September, the designations in the system are final and completed applicant files will be delivered to the programs.
The applications are delivered as a PDF file composed of the following:
Application photo, transcript, and any additional uploaded documents.
Applications will be available for programs in September. An
update of programs offered can be found under the status box on the homepage,
and in the "Program designation" tab.
